DRUMS Ray (Ramien) Thompson
Ray is known as Ramien because of his good natured EVIL stage presence. We like to think that he's Damien's more evil twin. However when Ray plays he chases all evil thoughts away with his awesome drumrolls and beats.
Ray has played for Antone's recording artist Lavelle White from Austin Tx.
Ray Played for Lavelle for six years including a one year USA tour. He is currently Drumming for Blue Light District and adds his soulful vocals to many of the songs to BLD's setlist Most notably his rendition of AC/DC's "Sin City"

BASS James (Percidan) Perkins
We like to call James "Percidan" Because when he's around " everybody feels real good! " James was raised in East Texas and has a heavy love for rocking blues and classic rock. James studied jazz bass at SFA in Nacodoches Tx at the age of 19 but he honed his skills pickin' tunes along with his favorite albums. He played with several East Texas garage bands before moving to Houston to play with Straight Shot and North Gessner Radicals. James now plays for Blue Light District and brings the band a sense of newness and low frequency urgency that thrives on the music they play.

GUITARS Mercy (Percy) Valdez
We like to call Mercy "Percy" when he shows up for a gig in a bad mood.(That is his alter ego) One thing you don't have to worry about is the music because Mercy and Percy both play a mean Guitar. Mercy started playing in his youth and went on to play guitar and write songs for the heavy metal band (Rhino recording artists) DRIVE in the '80's. While with Drive Mercy recorded the album "Characters in time" with soon to be KISS drummer Eric Singer. While supporting the DRIVE album Mercy toured the USA and opened for bands such as ZEBRA. He also played for Pearl Murray and had his own band NO MERCY and also played for the SKINS.
Mercy's guitar playing has been known to rock hard but can also be so sweet to make a skunk spray chanel #5.Mercy Now rocks the house for Blue Light District and the people who hear them.

Lalo has a wide range of interest in music but these days he runs sound for Blue Light District. He is a vital part of the blue light shows.
